Elisabeth Soechting gave an inspirational and motivational welcome speech on behalf of the congress host, the Austrian SI association GSIÖ, and the organization team.
Three fabulous keynote speakers extended the arch from quantitative research as used in Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) via qualitative research to Practice-Based Evidence (PBE):
